HBP Honey

from $10.00

Raw, unfiltered honey harvested from an assortment of apiaries in New Haven and Bridgeport!

Spring/Summer Varieties

  • Airline Road Honey is sourced from one of our few non-urban sites, about 30 minutes north of New Haven in Clinton. These hives originally belonged to our founder Sarah and were her very first honey bee hives! They border a vineyard and have a vast variety of floral sources to buzz between.

  • Armory Community Garden Honey hails from a vibrant community farm in the Beaver Hills neighborhood of New Haven. This honey will be similar to that harvested from Mead Street - light and delicate. Perfect for drizzling on fruit, adding to dressings and marinades, or spreading on a thick slice of sourdough!

  • Lockwood Farm Honey is harvested from a delightful bee haven in Hamden. Since this honey was harvested in early Fall, you can expect it to be slightly darker with earthy undertones. It begs to be paired with cheese, in a c(m)ocktail, or added to your morning coffee or tea.

  • Mead Street Honey is sourced from an apiary in New Haven and many of the hives here have been maintained by our Lead Beekeeper, Tim, for years. This early mid-summertime honey will be one of the lightest, most delicate of the year’s honey flight.

  • Rosette Street Honey comes directly from our honey bee hives in the Hill - also the site of Huneebee’s Flower Farm. This summertime honey is medium-light in color. It’s the perfect addition to a cup of tea or coffee, and a great antidote for sore throats.
